Online citizenship test

Congrats June applicant still waiting for an invite - but we are in Victoria and did not get one scheduled before COVID
Hey guys I did my online test today. During my online test, I forgot to close test invite (pdf) file. chrome browser had only one test tab webpage open for duration of test? Will I have to test again or would consider as cheating? PDF file open was test invite information file downloaded from my email.

No, many people have their email tab open which they used it for clicking on the test link. So it should be fine as long as you showed the ID card.

I wouldn't worry about that tab being open, I think that instruction is to stop people cheating, if when they review the camera feed of you taking a test it would be fairly obvious if your eyes were always switching to another tab before answering and that's (I think) what they are looking for since other than that, there are no 3rd party tools running that would be able to see that you have additional tabs open
Had same and official passed test after a month of test taken
My home and mailing address are different. I received my test invite by email. I does not show address just uci and application number on top

Hi guys I got interview request for end of next month.
my expired passport is not with me here do I have to have that with me during interview and secondly my driving license change from Ontario to Alberta as I moved here. When I changed my driving license to Alberta they took my Ontario G license and give class 5 Alberta license. My current passport is still valid for 3 more years

Q4 2020 applicants got thier test invites lol. what the hell is going on with this sytem! we are the Q2 2019 applicants no test invites yet.
It's widely (and very anecdotally) reported that 2H (i.e. - July-December) 2019 are having serious delays in processing; it's unclear as to "why". I've been feeling the frustration now for awhile, myself, having my test cancelled over a year ago with zero updates since then... At least you're not alone, for what small consolation it's worth.
Believe it or not, I have friends they applied Sep 2020 which is Q3 2020 and some Dec 2020 which is Q4 2020 and they got their test invite. This is truly not fair we have been waiting for 2 years now and there is no updates. if they are looking at the que we are the first I am wondering if our documents are lost or destroyed lol....
Yep, I think the new ones are being done digitally now, meaning faster processing? I honestly have no idea; I've all but given up hope - the notion of what's "fair" in this context has been well and truly been tossed out the window :/

Agreed - I was expecting a fair process for all. Regardless when you applied should have been placed on que. first come first out rather than digitalization. we were the first no matter what we and the new applicants followed the same paper based submission of the documents they did not send digital documents so this isnt fair that thier cases are processed quickly. what the hell!... I applied from Toronto in April 2019. My fam applied in August 2019. Nothing yet!
