I just want to ask
1) if i submit my (work permit) application online, which visa office will be receiving it? Is it base on the applicant's current residence?
2) what timeline should i follow?
Cause my concern is I'm working in the middle east, and its very difficult for me to borrow my passport from my employer so I'm considering applying online.
