Online application submitted but not sure which visa office was selected

hello folks.

I applied for my parents visitor visa for the second time. Last time their single entry visit visa was approved. This time I went ahead and used the previous cic login/password. updated all docs and submitted application along with credit card payment and received confirmation. But I really didnt see an option to see which visa office to selected.

My parents are in USA (as a toursit visa). last time when online application was submitted I remember I choosed LA canadian consulate to send passport. This time I really didnt see that option. I am just wondering does this mean that the application is submitted to LA office. or it it really dont matter at this point? Is visa office selected only after decision is made for follow up?
Anyone?. I got little confused. any information will be appreciated.
