Online Application stuck on Processing SUBMISSION

I was almost done with my online application. After I digitally Signed my name and was about to pay i ran into a technical error and my browser shut down. I tried logging in again to finish paying but now my application is stuck on PROCESSING SUBMISSION and i cant do anything.
I',m really worried. Please help

Hi,

I am trying to pay PR + RPRF Fees for Express entry through Nomination from 21-Nov-16. Till date the site is under construction. This problem is faced by those who have opted to pay both fees together.

Those who have selected to pay only one fee at a time and those not in Express entry EX:CEC class, AINP, Nova Scotia etc are not facing this problem.

1) Please raise Technical Report after login in MY CIC.
2) Also Fill up Web Form for raising this query.
