Online application for TRV

I'm trying to submit my husband's TRV Application online and came across a head scratcher. Should be an easy one but can't seem to figure it out.

So to submit an application online, you need a GCKey login. Which I have. He doesn't since he's not in Canada and won't be able to provide information to obtain a GCKey.

Then question: at the end of the application, they ask you to electronically sign off. Do I enter his name or mine?

I was the applicant i created my own GC key and applied online
