Online Application Fee submission Problem

I am appying for my student visa through the online application system, however I am not able to submit my application fees. The system is not approving the transaction, with an Error no. 211.

I have called ISLAMABAD office to enquire about it but they said, you have to either email or fax us.

They are not replying on email as well :-\

Anybody faced a similar kind of problem?
Any suggestion on solving this problem?

Is there any thing like the online application system can be used only for Visa extension?within Canada?
 
it seems that you have to use a canadian visa... not quite sure though...
my problem is actually that fact that i can't even proceed to the payment page...
sigh maybe wait till tomorrow night after the system maintenance

1. You will have to apply at Islamabad CHC.

You mean Paper application or online application?

(online application at CHC Islamabad website is redirected to CIC website :( )

hmm you can even try with a new application (just for the sake of checking)...
 
Did anybody successfully submit his application through online application system from Pakistan?
 
Yes. But I have heard from my friends that they were able to submit the sp extension online. I just sent out paper application instead

I submitted a TRV applications for my parents coming from Pakistan. Today they got a request to send passport to High Commission and its 15th days after sumbission of online application.
 
Is it possible to apply on loan letter??did anyone got visa on loan letter??
 
If you guys are stuck at the payment part, i might be able to shed some lite.
In Pakistan the Credit card company needs to be notified before making any online transaction. Hence when u do online payments, it has to be
pre-approved by your bank.
That is a common problem with online payments using Pakistani cards.

If you are facing other application related issues, i would suggest just send a paper based application. Will probably take you longer to receive an email reply from the embassy then actually submitting it in paper. :)
