Online application attachment issue

Dear Friends,


Kindly guide me if anyone else having same issue . I link my paper application online but every two to three weeks Application disappears in my online account . I reattach it successfully attached but again after login after two three days there in no application show online. Always the below message appears .

Application number (E***********) has been linked to another account.

Which other account I dont know , I have only one account . Technical issue raised from my side but no positive response. How I wll check and find my ONLINE application . As if it will not appear in online account. Frustrating.

Do you have a representative? usually representatives (lawyers & consultants) link applications to their accounts.
