[Online Applicants] Test completed in more than 2 months and everything else still in progress(including BG)?

I have received the notes today, criminality is passed, however, it is stuck in e-grant "clearance pending. What does that mean?

when Did you apply for your notes ?
 
Applied for ATIP notes on March 3rd and they didn’t even release those. Forget about seeing any updates on my application. What a joke! BG in progress and no FP demanded yet. June 1st 2021 online applicant.

What is the date on the ATIP and what was your BG status in the IRCC portal on that date?
