Ongoing PR application and becoming a student in another country

Dear Experts,

I have applied for PR (FSW 2013) and received PER and the application is in process.

Now, I have got admission for a Masters program in Germany. I would like to apply for student visa (Germany) to pursue my studies.

Is this going to affect my PR application in any way? If I my PR is granted, I will be able to spend 3 years or more in Canada within the first 5 years after landing.

u can go ahead. It would not be a problem. But u have inform the VO concern about ur new situation.
