Hello I am an international student studying in Germany I am currently studying masters in international health management. Previously I have done 10+2 NIOS , 6 years working experience as a management Executive in medical laboratory. I want to apply for Work permit to Canada or Permanent resident. But I do not have BACHELOR'S Degree. I opted masters as I have working experience of several years. My IELTS SCORE is 7.5 bands no less than 6. Am I eligible to apply for PR in Canada.

As per your other post with a score of 411 you could not qualify currently for express entry which needs currently a score in range of 460-470.

As for a work permit it is almost impossible to find an employer to sponsor an LMIA application given the costs and time required from the employer. when they have plenty of residents available.

Answer was provided in your other post. You need to re-write IELTS and achieve a much higher score.

You also need to investigate the PNP immigration programs.
