One year work experience in last 3 years

At least one year of work experience in last 3 years is a requirement with CEC.

Is there a similar requirement for FSW or Express Entry. If not, for FSW based Express Entry, can you count any 3-6 year experience in the last 6 years? Do you have to be employed when you apply?

At least one year of work experience in last 10 years for FSW/FSWP.
