One year online diploma/certificate course from Canada

Hi,

I am from India.
I have completed my bachelor degree and have 3 years of full-time work experience. If I score 8777(LRWS)in IELTS my CRS Score will be 429. I am trying to find ways to improve my points.

My question is :

If I have completed an online certificate/diploma program from a Canadian institution, Can I change my level of education to Two or more post-secondary programs, of which at least one was completed after a post-secondary program of three or more years? Is it possible?

If it is possible my score will be 462,
