One year employed

Hi,

if the criteria for offer of employment is the following:

• have one year of full-time work experience (or an equal amount of part-time work) for that employer

And I got invited while having 10 months, but submitted document after completing 12 months.

Will they look at the 10 months and say I wasnt eligible or the time when I submitted all the documents?

You have to be eligible at the time of the ITA. If you get invited at 10 months, you are not eligible and will be refused.
