A friend of mine completed his one year course in one of the colleges in Ontario. He completed his course in Dec 2022 and left Canada. From India he applied for PGWP and Arrived in Canada this Jan 2024. The officer gave him WP until 2026. Anyone know what rule applied in his case ?
