Hello .
My question is , can I get citizenship if I was born outside Canada , but my father moved to Canada and got his citizenship (after my birth) .

To qualify automatically for citizenship, your father would have had to have been a citizen when you were born. Since he became a citizen after you were born - you're out of luck.

how old are you?

As said, you don't get citizenship but if you are not married and under 22 or over 22 and a full time student and financially dependent on your parents, your father could sponsor you for permanent residency. If you are older but your father lives in Manitoba or Saskatchewan, it is possible that he could sponsor you under the provincial nominee program family stream.
