So I spent a good 4 hours reading this forum and got clarified a few things..but can anyone senior please tell me if anyone has confirmed with CIC - that CEC applicants will be ranked against only CEC section and FSW agains only FSW section? And if no - what CIC number should I dial please? I would love to call and share the results with everyone here...Thanks!

One pool for all applicants. Why one pool? Because an applicant could be elegible to two or three streams, as an example , a cook with a Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy, 1 year experience in Canada , 2 o more years in his home Country, English CLB band 7 and higher , he is elegible to apply as CEC, FSW and FST.
CIC has a quota for each category and they will draw apllicants in each category, this applicant could be selected in any of them.
In a phone conference was mentioned CIC will draw 1000 apllicants of each stream per draw and the scores will be announced.
