One point missing in overall score!

Hi guys,

I completed my EE profile and there is one point missing in my spouse's education! I receive 8 points instead of 9 even though I listed her Bachelor and one year post graduate certificate! For both we we have a ECA report saying the Bachelor is a four year program and her post graduation is a one-year program. So everything is correctly listed! So why doesn't it give me the 9 points???

I didnt even check for my spouse points how much should be she awarded if her eca is evaluated as masters?

In the recent changes made in Nov 2016, IRCC has done away with the option 2 or more degree/diploma etc. I recently checked my profile . Although my scores had not changed, the education tab for my spouse was incomplete due to this issue.

However I need your help guys on what field to select.

Below is the summary of my wife's ECA

Now for 1 , I have selected Bachelors and for 3, I have selected one year diploma/certificate/.....etc etc

The issue I m facing is for 2nd credential. The Canadian equivalency is bachelors of education , it does not say degree/certificate/diploma and also no. of years is missing though it was for 1 year . What should I do?
