One little suggestion, for third time application if everything is correct, is there a chance??

Hi all,

My Canadian Student Visa has been rejected TWICE.....

The Reasons were mainly because of poor course selection.

I'ld like to know, if I chage the course of the study to one of my qualification and thereby correct my mistake,

Will there be a chance of Visa approval in third application????
