I have applied for my Canadian PR through PNP non-express entry. I recently found out that after getting AoR & BIL my file was transferred from the CIO Sydney NS office to PVO Etobicoke office. Given that Etobicoke office is infamous for being slow at processing, I was wondering if this allotment is done randomly or due to some other reason. Many of my friends who applied for the same stream have the Ottawa office as their PVO and they are getting updates pretty fast. Is getting your file sent to Etobicoke a cause to worry or do I only have to wait a bit longer?
