On the PR application. Question about ID!!!Please help!!

I live in New York and I am applying in Buffalo since my application was accepted in Sydney, NS. However, I am from Brazil and in Brazil we have an ID card. In my first application to Sydney I did not put it in the PR application. However, now, that I have submit my application to Buffalo, I want to include that ID card in the application because all the Police Certificate from Brazil will have the ID card number. Do I need to really submit that? Also, do I also need to send translation for ID cards?

if you send it, you should translate it.

if thats how the police certificate is identifying you, sure , you should send it.

I am no expert though.
