On Study Work Permit - How to get spouse here?

Please help. My brother came to Canada as a student. Completed his studies and now working on post study work permit. He got married last year but could not get a TRV for his wife. Can't a person working in canada bring his spouse to Canada?

Please advise what to do?

The spouse still has to meet the criteria of a visitor, namely that they have sufficient ties to their home country that they will return once the visit is over. If your brother's wife can't satisfy that criteria, then she would have been refused.

Open work permit for spouse of an interational student in Canada

Hi,
My gilrlfriend is in Canada on a study permit and she is coming to India to marry me. her study visa expires on Feb 2017 and she is going to renew for another year and work for another three year .
my question is
1 - Will I be eligible to apply for OWP based on this mid year marriage.
2 -
2 - Does she has to change her relationship status on all the document (like passport, aadhar, votercard and) or a valid marriage certificate will be enough.
3 - Is it advisable to to apply for a TRV and then OWP?
