Hello,
I have a question in regards to the application form we fill out for the PR card renewal.
It asks us to list any absences from Canada including vacations. That is fine. But in my case, I have the certain scenario:
I exited Canada, entered Russia (for example) on Jan. 1, 2010.
From Russia, I flew to Dubai (for example) on Feb. 1, 2010.
From Dubai, I flew back to Russia on March 1, 2010.
From Russia, I returned to Canada on May 1, 2010.
So in essence, I was absent for 4 months. Do I just need to mention my Russia trip or would I need to fill in another line for the 2nd Russia-Dubai trip and a 3rd line for the remainder of my stay in Russia?
I'm wondering if I can just mention the 4 month absence as a whole and save a few lines .... hence save myself from attaching a sheet with half a dozen such trips I have made.
Hope this makes sense.
Your advice would be appreciated.
