Most likely if you have not got your file number then your notes are probably blank at this time (they might not even have a note to give you at this time). However if you have already got your medical request then you can order the notes (request for meds will be recorded on those notes), else I would rather suggest you to wait for a little while. Sometimes it takes around six months to get a file number (it may even come with your medical request)

I got my ready for visa email on 11/17/2014. I applied under ON PNP in Oct 2013 and my file was identified under the QA process in June. Hopefully, everyone else will also get their PPR soon.

Yes, I have a job. My eCAS changed to DM and I did not receive any calls from QA.

No, I did not have to redo the medicals. My eCAS was IP before and changed to DM recently (dnt know the exact date, I check the eCAS after I received the PPR email).

In my ECAS, the logout button colour changed to yellow! It's the only change in my application since Medical received back in April If you're wondering, it used to be grey :

When you are saying you applied in October 2013, you mean for fedral phase right? When did you sent your Medical?
