You are right, thats what i have read about quality assurance program and why is it carried out. But the strange thing is that why are Masters Student and PHD student got involved in this?? Because we get nominated on basis of masters degree and phd degree from institutes in ontario so wat they wana verify from us??? We dont need job offers and i believe thats the only thing they can verify!!!

The problem.is alot of students after pr based on on pnp have left the province they have been misusing it. Now they want to make it strict and give nomination to people only have intention to stay in ontario. Nomination is coming in 2 months too but pr will take time .

I dont think this the problem because if this is the pronblem then province like Manitoba n SINP files should have been on hold because majority of people leave these provinces after PR

I am guessing PV2 denotes PNPv2.

Hi,

The latest comment on my GCMS notes was: CPC-O PNP O&E entered - Destination Ontario - Officer Review
The note was in late July, 10 days after the previous note, which stated that my file was identified in QA. There were no changes since the end of July (I received my GCMS notes three days ago).

My latest comment based on my most recent GCMS notes was "Destination Ontario - Officer Review" as of end Jul too! Guess we are in the same boat. Does that mean IP soon?

My last note that received on Sep 17 was no longer has the text Destination Ontario - Officer Review (Date: July 11). The previous note dated on July 7 has this text. I think things should go back to normal soon.

I really hope so. The key question is whether files that went through QA will go through the regular process, which would mean a delay for us, or the process would be faster since they already examined our files as part of QA...

I don't see a batch number but I see that my file is sitting at "Location: PV2 - ONT" and "Office: CPC-Ottawa" as of end Jul, whatever that means.

It is hard to tell really... I guess we'll see whether our files get processed similar to the folks who applied early this year / late last year. Based on their timelines, us Apr applicants should get IP in Oct, DM in Nov and PPR in Jan?

My group number is 1-40V2A9Z (it is listed on the first page of the notes). What is the due date on your notes (second page)? Mine is Nov 01... It looks like they don't really care about the due dates, though as my previous due date was Aug 31 and nothing happened, it was just changed to Nov...
