I need help here. I applied ON PNP-International Students with a Job Offer, and got the supporting letter and PNP certificate already. I have submitted my PR application and still waiting for FN from CIC. Now my work permit has expired and can't work, but my employer agreed to reserve the position for me. The reason I lose my legal status is that I applied BOWP instead of CWP, now I am in restoration process and not sure if I can get CWP successfully.
My questions are
1. If I can't restore to CWP finally, can I restore to visitor again?
2. If I am in visitor status finally or I have to leave Canada to wait for PR result, will this impact my PR application because my steam is PNP with job offer?
3. Is there any requirement for the applicant like me that have to stay in the province with legal work permit during the PR process?
