Is it new rules or anything? How can I read more about this?
I dont think requirements changed. biggest obstacle is french. without french difficult to find a job. I moved out of quebec cause of french after education. cant sustain without job.

thats not the problem. problem is staying in quebec without job till u get PR. For job u need to speak french most of the time. so on top of experience u also need french which makes finding job difficult. but if ur rich and can stay without job in quebec after education then PR is the fastest. normally takes around 1 to 1.5 years.

ofcourse yes and many start learning french but give up and move. finding job is too difficult. yes there r some people who get jobs without knowing french but those r the lucky ones. again choice is urs if u think u can learn french get job then quebec is the fastest PR option.

1) French is required but not for survival..English is accepted everywhere...there are lots of job u can easily do without speaking French..just tell them you r English and everything is fine..

2) To obtain B2 Level in French there is no need to go for any specific test..you can get B2 level certification from universities..That is simple enough...
You can take French courses at Concordia university.. McGill..
Even due to huge immigration of students many colleges are providing French courses..

i dont know where u get this information from...most of the jobs require u to be bilingual unless ur talking about manual labor like dishwasher etc. mostly all graduates from my class have moved to alberta or toronto to find jobs. when people have to pay loan they took for education it doesn't help to work as a dishwasher till u get PR
english is ok as long as ur in montreal if u leave montreal u will see. university/college(downtown montreal) and surrounding area is fine for english. Its like racism or languagism where u dont get far unless u know spoken french. even in downtown montreal some people outright say they dont understand french and ignore u till u speak french even though they know english. If ur in montreal i guess u havent got bad experience yet.

I tried to study french. before you can get B2 it will take you 1.5-3 yrs for those who are not natural franchophone speaker.
