Old Perm Residence docs missing!!!! Who should I contact? Outland application

I became a citizen of canada a year or so back. I was a permanent resident before that, who had immigrated from India.
Now, in form IMM1344A: Q11 asks me if I am a naturalized canadian citizen(I am). So I filled in the details which ask me about the country where I applied for perm residence,date when I became a permanent resident, and Record of Landing/confirmation of permanent residence number.
Unfortunately, I don't have access to any of these..not my old expired perm resident card, not the record of landing or any confirm of perm residence number. I had destroyed these documents once I became a canadian citizen!

What should I do??? Where can I obtain this information from? who do i call/contact?

wow. you can try to call CIC and ask if they will tell you your PR number over the phone. I'm not sure if they're allowed to do this.

If they won't then look at the bottom of this page (Query Response)

it says it takes 5 months to get confirmation of PR. I really really hope they will be able to tell you a better, quicker way, but you may have a very long wait since you didn't keep those documents.

You should be able to get a copy of the Record of Landing by doing an Access to Information request. Here's the link to the request form:

and REQUESTER'S FILE NUMBER
I have neither
what should I write?

Leave those blank. It's for legal counsel or other groups who assign file numbers to their client cases.
