Hello I know they are not very tough questions , but they are just confusing the hello out of me
1. On form 5540 question 9: Are you a naturalized canadian or permanent resident , if yes what date did you become a permanent resident ? Now If I was a pr and now I am a canadian citizen what date am I suppose to fill in there , the date I landed in canada or the date I became a citizen?
2. On IMM1334 APPLICATION TO SPONSOR : Question 11: If you are a permanent resident or naturalized canadian citizen give the country where your application for permanent residence was processed ? In the third section here they ask for proof of landing /confirmation of pr number. Do I leave this blank as I never had a pr card and I have no copy of my permanent resident form that used to be attached to my passport.
