k.kaur,

What is the status of your:

Eligibility, Criminality, do you see S.15(1) on Security? Then I will comment.

What is the meaning of s.15(1) or (s)16(1)(c) ?

Hello Mrschino,

There is no logic to request for re-medical if eligibility, criminality and security have not passed yet. When you see someone with a timeline of 1 yr and over being requested to redo the medical that is the capstone of the file. I am good in reading signs to determine what the future is likely to be. Looking your timeline Mrschino if you were requested to redo your medical by CIC it is a sign that your file has gained some momentum, subsequently there is 0% chance for you to get interview at this stage. Yes, you are heading straight to the end of the process. Just don't forget to share your testimony when you get your visa in due course.

Sincerely
Eagle

Thanks Eagle! I will keep everyone updated!

All you have to do is contact your MP. He then will send you a form that asks for your consent for him to ask on behalf of you. It usually takes around a week for them to answer. The answer will be generic and not as detailed as the notes. It will not effect your process.

I went to my MP"s office today, I didn't have to sign a consent. They called Ottawa and inquired for me about my Husbands application, we found out they are still waiting for eligibility and security to be passed. They said there is nothing on the file of concern, I ordered our notes and nothing had been touched on the file since July 2015. We applied Jan 23/15 in Havana April 2/15.
Can't hurt to ask them to check you file!

Thankyou, i'll try emailing my area's MP

not sure if I should post this here but im just curious as to what stage would CIC process the fees receipt? after SA? or when the PA's file is transferred to the VO?

Also, when the PR side changes to "in process", does that mean the file has arrived at the respective VO? TIA

Hello GGSJ,

I cannot really tell when you will get Decision Made, however I recommend you to request your GCMS note even tomorrow. Then from those notes it will be easy to have an idea as to when they might reach a decision since you once lived in Canada in the past. I will be glad to assist you to understand your GCMS in case things are not
clear. Or if you did request your GCMS notes what is the status of eligibility and medical?

Best Regard

Hello Eagle,

I was reading your post regarding "GCMS notes" - I am aware of what this is, but how do you go about requesting the notes?
Is there an email, phone number, or is there a formal request process?

Thank you for your time, and assistance.
