Hi haq Ali,

If you go back from page 1 to 50 of this thread you will find that information you are looking for.

Yes PA were sent these forms. He or she needs to request new forms.

IS it not the london visa office's fault for not sending us the request yet? Or is it our fault for not knowing it should have been completed by now?
They specifically told us in August (in an email) that they would ask us if we need another medical done... but they never did

I am so worried :(

THIS IS HORRIBLE... they asked for medical 3 months ago via email but we never got anything !
It was due october and now its december
I have sent them an urgent email but will our file be very delayed?

Again they are human and can loose focus on few things. Since you did not get it then They must have forgotten esma. Send them an email as soon as possible.

It seems like RMO has not updated the medical results in GCMS yet. I will recommend to shoot your RMO an email although they will not answer you but kind of reminder. Once RMO complete everything they will inform your Visa Office.

Hello lakha,

I will try to search it for you tomorrow. keep checking for your feedback tomorrow same time.

Hello Sir!
I just want to clarify things. If the principal applicant has already been granted PR in canada does it mean that the dependents living abroad were also approved for PR?

Hi Eagle,
You pretty much know my story by now. My notes suggest my file has been recommend passed since September 2015. And now, my husband got a re-medical (just chest x-rays) request by RMO. Don't really know if I should be hopeful at this point or no?

Hoping this is a good sign!

Hi Bubbles,

Yes it is a solid and very positive, why? Because if you look very careful in his GCMS notes around medical exam you will notice IME says FUTHRERED and status says In Progress. Which means they accepted his previous medical at 95% with the only exception of his X rays chest. They want to make sure his chest is clear from TB and other things. Once he completed his chest exams they will issue the visa it also a since that SecCrim is fully completed.

On one hand, when you apply inland PR you need to declare your dependents who are outside of Canada. You need to provide some of the documentation CIC will request. Once you are approved as inland they are in a way eligible to be sponsored in the future if they <19 yrs. On the other, you need to make sure that you submit application for them before they turn over 19 years which is the new law otherwise they will not be eligible to be sponsored in the future. I will double check myself again in 3 hours about this then I will confirm it in another post since I just wokeup now.

Eagle, I have one more question if you have time today.

Myself and another on this board are facing a similar problem.

We both gave in our FBI Clearance, and we both were asked for it even though they have it. They seem to have put aside my application as they wait. However, as they're waiting my clearance will have gone past 6 months. BUT - myself (and this other poster) have been living in Canada vai visitor extensions for longer than the clearance. It says on the CIC website information that the FBI record is valid for six months OR valid as long as you haven't lived in that country since the time of the FBI record's issuing.

Will they honor this? What is the chance they'll ignore that we have been living legally in Canada and not USA? (In my case for 1.5 years and in his/her case for over 2 years.)
