Hi Eagle I am new to this forum have been following your work for some time, great job you are doing here? I come seeking your opinion. Please Che k out my case below and let me know what you think. My boyfriend and I have been together for Over 12years, we have two kids together a girl;11 and a boy;4. My boyfriend put in application to sponsor me sponsorship application approve March 2015, and after requesting several docs at different times my application fo PR was transferred to POS Vo. To check eligibility and inaddmissability.
Let me give you a little background info.
AuGust 2008 in was given and exclusion order 41(a) act 36(2), with two year under which I could not reenter Canada, after that has expired I have since visited Canada.
Sponsorship:
Application received july 2014
Mail to send payment to sponsor son(he was born in US) sept 2014(was sent to wrong address)
Email to send payment to sponsor son dec. 2014
Sponsorship approved March 2015
CSQ for Quebec sent end June 2015

Application for permanent residency
Received by CIC Ottawa. Dec 2014( I am in the US) studying
Additional docs requested July 2015(including FBI pcc sent in November 6 2015)
File transfer to POS VO November 27 2015.
How long do you think this will take to get Dm? Why was my file transferred here and is there a strong possibility of me having an interview? Your input would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hello GGSJ,

I cannot really tell when you will get Decision Made, however I recommend you to request your GCMS note even tomorrow. Then from those notes it will be easy to have an idea as to when they might reach a decision since you once lived in Canada in the past. I will be glad to assist you to understand your GCMS in case things are not
clear. Or if you did request your GCMS notes what is the status of eligibility and medical?

file received 14 july
start working 30 sep
med. received
ask me to send new photos again and give 45 days to submitt.
but now on 26 nov 15 they ask me more proofs of mariage photos communication etc and giving last 30 days to submitt saying that i am not satisfy that proofs which you already send
what is this and can it will delay may case what will next

Yes your case will stop until all the requested document are provided. In your case I can see they have a hard time to believe your relationship is genuine that is why they requested additional proof.

Hi Ardnacieso,

CIC usually don't acknowledge receipt of additional documents you will wait almost forever but you can make MP request after 3 days from the day you think they received.

MEEEE: Soooo... apparently they want my husband to do another medical. But they have not requested us to any emails and its been 2 months since it was needed (according to the notes). What do I do now should I show LVO this comment and ask them if my husband should undergo a medical examination ??

Congratulations for beautiful colours I see in your GCMS.

Visa office requested an extension from your behalf to RMO that is why you did not get to redo your medicals.

His visa office had already requested a reassessment of his last medical to see if the RMO could extend it for 6 months or 12. Then a new medical certificate will be issued and sent to Delhi Office.

What do you mean the note on your last page? Look the note with the high number, that note will be current. e.g.

Note 4 ( Note will be a recent note compared to the rest)

Note 1
