Started processing at NDVO as of June 26th 2015.
Med results have been received.

In process since Oct 9th 2015.

I wonder as per new process, the interview has been waived at this stage and background check/criminality check is in process?

Please advise.

I would say yes the chance of interview has diminished at least to 30%, however you better make sure you order your GCMS notes to be double sure that eligibility says pass then we will say the chance of interview is cut down to 0%. Yes Seccrim is in process for sure.

I have nothing to say, as you know your wife went beyond the security envelop and cannot save you now. Your fate is in CIC's hands. They already smell something wrong in your relationship. CIC thinks that your application slept through the cracks and almost made it to the issuing of visa while your relationship does not appear to be genuine. You need an immigration lawyer sjgolfer014 that is my recommendation or you have to wait until CIC sends you an interview letter.

Red flags can be a lot of things:

1. 3-6 Months relationship leading to a quick marriage
2. SPR & PA don't appear to be happy in most of their wedding pictures
3. No family members could attained the wedding and don't know about your relationship
4. Age difference 10-20 years
5 Difference in religions
6. Not enough proof of communications between the couple
7. No plan for the future between the couple once together in Canada
8. Producing fake documentation
9. Story in the file does not make sense as well as dates
10. PA & SPR never met before

Thanks , how to prove to CIC that relationship is Genuine , we already have baby daughter together , and i do child support every month , what kind of Evidence i can send to CIC , recently i apply for TRV , but refused , before i got approve for TRV and i visited my family for two week and came back , but when they put me on interview i applied for TRV and they refuse me , but now my family is visiting me in january for 10 days ,
what is your advise what should i do now ,

Contact them and share your story to them. But prepare to spend and beware of those fake immigration lawyers who don't know what they are doing, they are quick to ask big money however don't know the job.

Which format did you use to send those pictures? It's very easy to send pictures to CIC. attached them to your e-mail address then send as simple as that.
