I wAnt to ask urgent information regarding notes which i get from mp enquiry .i did not understand what it acutaaly means .
{{{{{Frst i m telling uh my backround of my case .my case applied unde family class sept 2010... Evrything get smooth .we dud medicals may 2015. We get dna rquest last tear july 2015 in oct 2015 we get visa ..i 5 years case final ... But before artving to canada my fatger pass away .. We cant travel without pa .. We inform embassy they take bavk our copr and cancel stamp .. Asking to submit bew understanding on mothers to cpc m ...in feb we submit in march cpc m said sponsershipa approve file sent to delhi again for reassed with new application number ok delhi start process second stage on 4 april 2016 .}}}}}

Now mp enquiry -in may 2016
When we put mp enquiry bcoz meficals are going expiriy.
On 13 may 2016 they said
We working on eligiblilty.
Bavkrounds / criminaltu not started.
Medicals are expired but dont send untill cic rquest .

But on 16 may we get letter from embassy to do remeficals for my mother and me dependebt child .but no new forms nothing else .
What does it means have passed eligibilty .. That why they rquest 2 medicals .. In box now it show megical result revived . Plz share some expirence here

Intrview done on 09 March 2016, aftr that File went into Routine Background checks and Now A week Ago DM is made .. wen I click Decision Made it does not show any new line added on E-Cas.. I have read some where that wen a new Line is Added on E-cas that '' WE HAVE SENT YOU CORRESPONDENCE ABOUT DECISION MADE ON XXXXX Date '' that means Decision is Negative and wen no new line is added it means 99% decision is positive . Is it Right ??

Don't worry Tony. You're almost there. Make sure to check your email everyday and even the spam folders.

Very Strange ??? ! I had interview in March 2016 and Decision on my Eligibility was not made before 14 June , and on 14 June it updated online '' Decision made '' . Why they took over 3 months to make eligibility Decision ?? ... and now they made deciosn what DM can be any Idea ??

Sorry about your troubles with CIC , it's the norm here .
it's strange indeed , have they sent you any passport request ? how do they communicate with you ? by mail or email ?
I think they should contact you in a couple of days , I have noticed that my online E-cas gets updated about 10 days before I receive any communication from them .

I hope you get a positive DM .

my wife go to the MP office today they update her that our security criminality and medical is passed and they are working on relationship she said that almost 75% work is done now i hope your case will finalize in 2 or 3 months.what is your opinion brother i thought first they do eligibility then they do security etc what you think about it??????

they communicate by e-mail, NO i have not hear anything from CIC since DM . I hope its Positive DM

when you are asked for a remedical, then its definitely a good thing.

So, get the remedicals done and hold on tight . good news is coming .....

Uh know pr stamp is valid til 17 may 2016 .... But was cancled in december 2015 bcoz of pa death .... So on 16 may 2016 one day before expiry they rquest us new medicals but they did not rquest any updated papers can uh tell me will we gets visa without this ...

Yes uh need to send recipts as a proof of undergoing medicals. Have they rquest any thing else like updated forms or only remedicals

no....only remedical...bt in the instructions of remedical mail...they wrote That panel physician send the résulte to cic

Letter of reminder documents not received lost October
File back to Nairobi office mp, and lawyer inquiry documents lost.
Letter June 15 2015 to resend copies
Resent through Dhl n registered.
No reply till got tracking no of lost documents from Canada post status received and signed by Norah.
Mp inquiry with showing prove of negligence February.
March letter of interview 2016 for May 24th2016 it's my husband.
Interview passed.
June 2nd 2016 remedical and updated form sent Dhl on 8th June received 9th.
Mp inquiry 20th June replied received on back ground checks.
24 th of June ecas changed 6th line medical results received.
I've passed through a lot and I just want anybody to tell what they think of the next step ordered notes on 30 th of May will receive end month I guess please help EAGLE PLEASE IM I NEAR TO THE END??
