old application withdraw from islamabad pakistan

deat team,
can any one help me to know how much time it takes for CHC to withdraw old application.
i fax them,emailed and posted them letter for case withdraw but its been 20 days and no response.
i want to apply under new process with 0213 but waiting for their response to withdraw my case so that i put new one.

Apply new one and keep a saved copy of your fax........May be due to backlog it would take extra time to get confirmation.

you dont need to wait to withdraw your old application to submit a new one. you can have two applications together under FSW. which means, you can apply with a new file under new rules. later you can proceed with the one that gets you medical request first and withdraw the other one. bear in mind that you will have to pay separate fee for the new application. hope this helps.

i am also confused whether to apply a new aplication or to wait for any reply of the old one applied in sep-2006. is their any legal reference mentioning that it could be done and is not restricted by canadian immigration law.

i have asked couple of consultants and they all suggest to wait for withdraw letter and then apply again.
they recommend not to have two applications at a time.

in my case i sent withdraw request to local CHC and still waiting for response and meanwhile my online application status changed to "review complete by nova scotia" though i know it would be failure as i provided no proof of job duties etc because at that time i was unable to find such things.
any how now i am waiting for their response and even if it is rejection, i will apply with new rules NOC again and i am sure i will get it because previously i mistakenly not followed the process and filled forms wrongly.
