Old and new forms

How i can check that my submitted forms are new or old ? like some forms are updated in November and i am not sure i used the Oct one or November one cause both looks same. If i submitted the old one will they return my application or accept it

I am on the board same as you. Hoping they will accept it. I didn't see anywhere specifically saying we need to submit those forms. I am hoping we are fine. Let's see.

You need to send new form(s) if it's available at the time of submission. There could be some minor difference that you won't realize until checked line by line!

Bottom left-hand corner of the form. There is a month and year.

Depends on when the forms were updated and when you sent the app. They generally give a few weeks grace period after releasing new forms.
