Friends my CRS is 408 please lemme know if I have to make any profile somewhere for OINP or they automatically pick the profiles from CIC ? And is the OINP still taking applications ?

They will issue 'Notification of Interest'-NOI based on your EE profile.Once you receive NOI you will need to create your one-key profile on the OINP website.Yes I believe they are still issuing NOI's till their quotas get exhausted for this year.
