Hello everyone ,
Hi, I would like to ask if a person has applied for PR through PNP( Ontario), do they have to be with the same employer even after they cleared the medical exam?? Only the background check is remaining. And if your employer is taking undue advantage of the situation and forcing you to work for long hours and threatening to withdraw the nomination if you don't then what can be done in this case?? The person has an Open work permit, does this mean that they can change the employer or not??
Can I change my employer because I have two full time jobs currently!!
Any suggestion !!!

If you received the nomination with the support of your employer, you need to remain with that employer until you have landed and become a PR. If you quit before your application is approved, you risk losing the nomination.

On your PNP certificate does it says "Employment Restrictions : Yes" ?, then you have to Stick with current job. If its "NO", then you can switch what ever jobs you want.
