I am currently in Canada on an IEC visa, which is an open work permit. I received an OINP provincial nomination and a work permit support letter with it.
My question is, once I submit my new work permit application and get approved for a new work permit, will I have to leave and re-enter Canada to get it activated at a port of entry?
Or can I continue on the new permit without needing to re-enter?
