In the same boat. Just emailed them today. How long before you got a reply from them.

My situation is also similar except my EE profile became ineligible due to the profile expiring before getting ITA but i had received the 600 points for PNP. This is almost 3 days and they asked I provide some details which I have done.

I’m in same situation…My pr got rejected due to incomplete application . I missed police certificate. Now they are asking me to create a new profile. Will my 600 points from NOI will be transferred to new profile? Please help!

Yes,it got transferred. Just email oinp btw its mentioned on their website as well.
