Can anyone please share the OINP telephone contact number here for immigration general inquiries? The number I have been dialing is 416-327-0374, but when I press the operator number it goes to mailbox.

That's the number, they don't have a receptionist or phone support. The people answering the phone are actual officers. So it's hard to get them on the phone.
General inquiries should be sent by email, but they are not good at responding to those either.
