I got an NOI from Ontario under Tech Draw on May 5th. I have almost completed my application but encountered this query so posting it here before submitting my application.
I have already authorized WES to share my ECA with OINP. But do I have to do the same for my Spouse as well?? I am claiming points for my spouse's degree under Express Entry. So, Naturally we already got the ECA ready.
But inside the OINP application, there's no request for dependent's Foreign Degree or their ECA for that matter. I am planning to add a Letter of Explanation under Supplementary session and attach Degree certificate, Transcript and ECA for the same.
I Don't mind ordering another duplicate to share with OINP... But is this mandatory?? Has anyone got nominated without spouse's ECA being shared with OINP even though you claim points for spouse's degree under EE??
Any prompt response would be appreciated since I am nearing the deadline.
