So what does that have to do with OINP? Assume employer is eligible and submitted documentation.

it means that I don't have 3 or 5 employees at my location. And I do believe that it is unfair, because there is nothing about remote work in the rules. Offer was signed with the specific office. Will let you know about my results once I get final decision from OINP.
