OINP just refused my HCP application!!!! The stated reason is that I am currently enrolled in graduate school and the program ends by December 2018. Claiming that I won’t be able to move following nomination.
Doesn't it takes 4-6 months following nomination to get PPR?
Doesn't the immigrant visa have 6 months validity?
Doesn't the applicant have one year to land in Canada after the medicals?
Shall I give the appeal/reconsideration a try or it doesn't matter.
