OINP reference letter

Can anyone here provide me reference letter for NOC 2173/ 2174. I am Full-Stack Software Engineer and I got OINP last week. I want to start my process. So please anyone who got OINP nomination for NOC 2173, share his/her reference letter format or mostly main duties would be fine with me.

Should I just copy and paraphrase it? As I have to write my reference letter and get it signed by my manager.

You can paraphrase it. But it should be something which you must have done in actual, only then your manager will sign it.
Your NOC code depends on the job duties that you have performed and not your job designation.

You job duties should match up with the job duties of one particular NOC code by minimum 60 to 70%
Once you identify this NOC Code, then that is your intended NOC code for Canada.
