HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE!!! I hope we celebrate the next one in Canada :D

As expected, I received ITA on December 23rd. Accepted it few days later and now completing the first phase (before getting personalized list)

Sorry for late response, been too busy and away...

Good luck to everyone and stay positive!

Hello and congrats to everyone who received nominations recently! To those of you still waiting, hang in there! It will happen soon!!!

Have any of you had to ask OINP to transfer your 600 points to a new profile? If so, may I ask how long it took for them to do the job? I'm starting to freak out... I got my nom on dec 17th and my profile became ineligible on the 20th. It didn't actually expire, I erased some information which at the time I believed was not relevant for ITA and as a result, my profile became ineligible. I got an NLA email, replied immediately afterwards and spoke to a gentleman on friday, who confirmed receipt of my information. Nevertheless, it's been 13 days and I still haven't gotten the additional points added to my new profile. Any chance They might've changed their minds about nomination and just took it back? Can that happen??? Or do you all think it's just a matter of time untill I get the 600 points? I'd really appreciate your input on this!

Mari,

Don't freak out, unfortunately it takes them a good while to transfer over the NoM. Onemore10 was in a similar position and it took them around 27 days to transfer his file.

Just hang in there and it will workout!

It took me good 17 days to get the nomination transferred but I would suggest to keep calling them and reminding them, that's what worked for me eventually.

Im in the same situation. Did you get a acknowledgement email after sending them to transfer nomination? Man this is stressing me out.

My understanding after looking at multiple ppl profiles and with personal experience, your profile was handled by different case officer when documentation was sent to them either through e-mail or courier but case officer changes and our mail communications which are waiting to reach old case officers are lost in transit! This is my analysis. Might not be true as well!

Indeed it's hard to understand how some are nominated in just a couple of days after decision phase, others takes weeks...

I'm waiting for more than a month.

Best regards.

It is highly recommended to submit the total fees of $1040 at the time of submission of e-APR, though this is not mandatory. This will make sure that there is no delay in processing the application.

Hi,

Need some urgent advice, i have got my ITA on 16th dec via the pnp route, i am in the process of filling my application ....

The issue is My wife's passport has a minor spelling mistake in her mothers name ... when we applied for pnp we didnt do any changes and got our nomination and then ITA.. should we mention the difference now in our application or let it be ? Could this lead to any problem ?

Getting a new passport issued now will lead to lots of delays in filling our application

Pls suggest way forward and if any one else has been in a similar situation ....

Thanks in advance
