Same email here! Same problem... sent the documentation again today and will go crazy calling them next days to be sure they got them this time!

So much for organizational skills...25 days lost.

I resent them the documents yesterday along with a note stating they were mailed in on the 1st of Dec by my rep (sent them a copy of that mail as well) and called them at least 40 times till I got through and confirmed with the lady that they were received and forwarded to the officer. Was the officer who sent your reminder e-mail different from the one who sent the ADR?

I agree with you practically a whole month lost. I am so stressed with the process. Just hope everything works out and the nomination comes through fast now.

Question: Does anybody know how long it takes for OINP to transfer the points from one profile to another? What messages do you get: E-mails from CIC or OINP? Do you have to accept the points again?
I have been waiting a week now with e-mails and phone calls and I haven't received anything yet...

I just created a new profile. Even I am in search of answers to these questions. By the way, did you created your new profile before the existing one is expired?

Yes I did...as I wanted to be proactive.
Don't understand why it takes so long to switch points between profiles.

It has been 7 frustrating days...2 e-mails...and 2 phone-calls(150 tries)
The draft would go something like this:
"Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to start by saying thank you to the OINP for the nomination.
My details are:
Case Number: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
File Number: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

As my old profile would have expired in 2 days I had to re-create a new Express Entry profile now which has the number EXXXXXXXX.
Please transfer as soon as possible the 600 nomination points from my old profile EXXXXXXXX to my new profile EXXXXXXXX.

I have attached all the files from my two profiles to this e-mail.

Kindly transfer the points to the my new Express Entry Profile.

Monday I'll start calling until they pickup!
I would recommend that anyone that didn't receive ACK to resend the files and confirm by phone...I really tried but no luck yet!
