Try calling post 12...I called them twice at 1:30 am... tried calling 7-8 time, was able to get thru..

Try calling them in early morning job hours.. worked in my case...

Got hold of them in first attempt..

I have just received the 600 points. It arrived precisely 24 hours after I have accepted the nomination.

But the system forgot to add my 30-point for my Canadian education. (another glitch in the system)
CRS: 1040 vs 1010 , I guess it should still be enough for the next ITA?

Yep.. as long as you are above 400 without the 600.. no problem at all...

If the cut off turns out to be 1011 you'll be wanting to kill yourself for not sorting out your Canadian education points
