My employer got call from Immigration yesterday. Case officer was asking about how long I have been working with this organisation, my job duties and stuff.

I was not aware that they will call my employer as my friend receives call on his cell.

Strange. I am wondering why they are calling employer. In a big companies no one knows people from other department.

Hi All,

My EE profile expired on 24th October, and I created new profile and send the new EE profile number and Job Validation code via email(ExpressEntry@ontario.ca) on 24th October itself.

But today I received an email with following comments as a reply on my query email i sent in June.

"The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) received your application on January 13, 2016. Your application is currently being assessed by a processing officer. If any further information is needed for your application, you will be contacted by our office"


Does this mean my file is still not reached to final stage? What more stages are there after this?

Please advise.

I submitted ECA report yesterday. Anyone has idea how long it will take to go to decision phase? This long wait really pain full.

Just received that my application to OINP has been referred to a senior processing officer for a decision, timeline is in my signature. Can anyone suggest me how many days it gonna take after this notification normally? my WP expires in June 2017

Only CEC applicants reported progress? I though most CECs were already nominated and this month we would see progress in FSW applicants.

I'm starting to get doubtful that OINP will nominate us this year...

Is there any evidence on their progress except the promisse that OINP will finish "everything" until 24/dec/2016 some members got by phone contact?

Hi guys, just a question in relation to 'ECA" requests. Does this apply to FSW or only CEC? How do you go about sending a copy of the report directly to OINP? Do you go to www.wes.org/ca/MyAccount to order duplicate reports (this is what it says in the WES covering letter)? Thank you.
