I sent my package on Jan 11th. I am waiting for my AOR. From which email address cic send us the AOR notification? How long will it take to get the nomination? Has anyone applied for work permit renewal with just an AOR from Province? My work permit expires soon.

No, OINP's AOR has no impact :'(. You can use the AOR from CIC (now IRCC) for your extension or renewing your work permit. We are in the same boat. I have the AOR since November 18, 2015 but no nomination yet.

I am not sure of that. but i am sure that you can apply for BOWP only after e-AOR and stage R10 marked as passed. but this is for Human Capital Priorities Stream. I heard there are other streams where Province provides a support letter to extending the work permit. Under which stream did you apply.

I applied under human capital, FSW. What is stage R10?

That's an acknowledgment letter it seems from the description you gave.

In the subject line you should be able to see "XHWW - 1133333 (T-AB)" and in the attachment you will find file number.

are they asking you to send a new DD since (#xxxx) has been expired/out of date? They don't say nth in about new DD.

It's a ( T-SD) if that helps. Then I have a date : 11/06/2016 Description : OIPNP process Amount $1500. Nothing more.

It sounds like 1500$ is going to be wasted! Maybe I should drop the application quickly before they en-cash the DD.

OINP nomination adds 600 points to your CIC profile(if nominated). that is valuable IMO.

It is, but if it doesn't help to get BOWP on-time, that 600 points will be vanished at Federal stage. OINP says to only keep status eligible, however, later on federal accept that 600 points only if there is a full time permanent job.

Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) through the Ontario processing stage and
your Application for Permanent Residence to IRCC.
You should be aware that changes in personal circumstance can affect your CRS
score. These include:

 Change in English or French language levels following revised testing; and
 Work experience falling out of the eligibility period for the Canadian
Experience Class (i.e., no longer having one year of Canadian work within the
last three).
It is your responsibility as an applicant to ensure that you update your information
in the Express Entry portal if there is a change in your circumstances so that your
CRS score is accurately calculated. If a change in circumstance results in your CRS
score falling below 400, it is your responsibility to inform OINP. If your score falls
below 400 before you have been nominated, you must withdraw your nominee
application. If your CRS score falls below 400 after you have already been
nominated, but before you apply for Permanent Residence, you must inform OINP
of the change in your CRS score, at which point OINP will withdraw your
nomination. Note that failure to contact OINP if your CRS score falls below 400 will
result in a refusal of your Application for Permanent Residence by IRCC.

Hi members , I wanted to congratulate everyone on their AORs.

I just saw the above post & I am worried....

I am FSW applicant outland ,applying trough The Ontario French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream. Here is my dilemma as noted on one of my posts my CRS score has dropped to 395. Because of my age

Can you kindly clarify : if I am still a category of human capital ? Do I have to maintain 400 crs score ? What are my options if my score is 395?

FYI... the only gap I have is that my spouse will have to take IELTS test which is on August 20th (next available date). Do you think this ok while they process my application. Please note that they have encashed my check & I have an AOR .
