Exactly. The first two lines of the e-mail are not ambiguios like most mails from OINP. check it below

"We have reviewed and accepted your application. We have now put your application in the queue for further processing.

You will receive an acknowledgement letter that will include your file tracking number."

I know December guys have received a lot of bullshit from OINP, but by and large all the mails are very vague in their wording.

BTW, Might I add, nothing is confirmed till everyone received a nomination. An AOR in no guarantee of nomination. So i would argue that we should take anything we get from them before nomination with a pinch of salt.

Indeed it's highly unfair decision not to allow applicants to resubmit the application with a missing document, PP page etc

After 5 - 6 months wait, applicants are getting the shocking news. The applicants should write to higher authorities for review and consideration. :'( :-[

Its really unfair from CIC end that they will collect the documents, make the candidate wait for 6 months and then reject their application stating missing fotos, not attached PP pages or anything else.
If checked with other applicants who received their AOR in Jan or something, many had iterations.. they exchanged their documents multiple times...
Many a times CIC asked them to provide either this or that missing documents
Y CIC is being so unfair with us then......?

Just for the sake of few documents missing, how can they reject an application... It has to be bought to the notice of someone above them....
